# 公募輪

一個區塊鏈項目進行數位資產發行，等於在向區塊鏈/數位資產的信徒進行募款。在經過了「基石輪」的確認，以及「私募輪」的加持，一個項目最終會走向對大眾募資，這時候就算是「公募階段」或「公募輪」。

由於各國法規對於集資的要求和法律規範不同，如中國大陸就禁止數位資產發行公募，美國也隱約規範希望是合格投資方才能夠投資，避免幣價大跌損及消費者權益或有過多求償或詐騙等問題。因此在 2017\~2018 年的許多區塊鏈項目進行到公募輪時，都會在相關頁面上需要使用者確認非中國也非美國公民。
